I think a fun and trolly addition to Teemo's kit would be a dash to his W, nothing new. But what if it only happened if he was stealthed? I think that if Teemo proced his W while stealthed, he should do a small dash then get a shortened movement speed buff. Make it like 100 units and not be able to go through walls.
