Fix it PLEASE. I am tired of getting one shot and doing no damage to ANY ad champions. Why is this broken crap still in the game? rolls eyes. The keynote mastery bloodthirsty is doing WAY more damage than good. Making it so it only procs on minions will do NOTHING. The problem will still persist. Nerf it until it is unusable or at the same level of everything else. BLOODTHIRSTY IS THE REASON WHY EVERYONE IS SNOWBALLING.
