But yea, Lee Sin is totally the problem here. Not the ubiquitous chain warden I see in at least half my games. I'm tired of seeing the same sh*t bot lane over and over again. It's time to gut Thresh. We need more diversity in bot lane.

YumScrumptious961 votesThresh isn't even overpowered, he never has been. He's been the Lee Sin of supports, always a stable pick, never very weak or OP. Right now the meta favors ranged/mage supports, which Thresh isn't. His best form of engage is one of the hardest to hit skillshots in the game.

Let a Game hit the 1 Hour Mark... any Thresh doing his best to snag those Souls is going to be insanely powerful. :D But then, he starts with 0 Scaling Armor so his early game lacks Tank, so it evens out.
Much like Lee Sin, you hold Thresh down early he's not effective late. Unless you let it get REAL LATE.
YumScrumptious961 votesYeah, had a 60 minute Thresh game where we were 4v5 and they had 4 tanks with one adc, all I did to end it was flash straight onto the adc and ult, then they couldn't get away from my team. Thresh is primarily an engage champion with decent disengage, not really a sustain support or damage dealer like Annie.
Valexfor1 votesExactly how would you gut thresh? Damage? He's already got none. Skillshots? He's already got no point and click skills. Utility? Then why don't we remove Janna, Nami, Sona, any utility champ, from the game? Cd? He's got huge ass cooldowns on ALL of his skills. You seem like someone who can't play against thresh and just calls him op when he's pretty shitty right now since the meta sucks for him, he's playable, but he's in a weak state.

OurLestrade1 votesBecause there aren't that many supports, and he's the only real Jack of All Trades support. Release more supports with satisfying mechanics (AKA: Not Taric) and he'll probably stop being picked all the time.
