I figured out the question that I've been figuring out how to ask. Someone please answer.

Whenever I go up to poke, I always get focused by minions, not even when I auto attack, but whenever I'm like at my minion wave just trying to poke the enemy. How do I poke the enemy without getting focused by minions, because I took like 180 dmg trying to escape the enemy minions after poking them so I lost the trade, just because of the minions.

The question is, "How do I poke the enemy laner, without getting focused by his minions?"

Don't go past their melee minion line much. Once you're up there you'll draw aggro from the ranged minions and not be able to move back before they start hitting you. The melee ones you can just move back from until they lose interest.

Poking while next to the bushes is a really good idea too, because you poke then walk in the bushes and they'll lose sight of you pretty quick and you'll probably only take 2 ranged shots.

Too bad I'm Zed mid :/ it's harder to poke from bushes in mid.

Sounds like you are poking when when they are in a defensive position. Aka behind there casters. To do that you need a bush to dip into after. Otherwise you need to wait for them to get at least to the line of there casters to cs before you poke so you are not over extended in lane.

Hard to explain without knowing what lane, champ, ect

I was Zed, I went up, started getting focused by minions, I threw q, took down Yas shield, minions poked me all the way to my turret, and chased me there, took 180 dmg.

Not a zed player but sounds like you are just getting to close to minions. You either have to use your shadow to get more range or predict when he will be at your Melee to last hit and poke him then

so what if I stayed behind my melee minions, or about there, because I usually go to the side to poke so I can get more dmg off, but every time I do that the casters focus me even if I'm like lateral with my melee

Sounds reasonable just don't get caught by your caster minions. You have to micro manage your pathing while in a minion waves.
