@Meddler, Progress Report on Gangplank's rework in 2015?

It's been a while since the last QoL change Gangplank received. Is it possible for you to provide insight as to when Gangplank will finally receive his full rework/mini-rework? I don't think Gmang has come onto the forums to discuss Gangplank in a year, so I'm a bit scared to assume that the rework has been pushed for 2016 to accommodate the Esports scene or other unknown directions Riot is taking. I know that Gangplank players are few and the non-mains aren't that willing to express concern for the pirate but could you please drop some info?

If Gangplank's rework has inevitably been pushed back to either the end of the year or 2016, can there at least be some small buffs? I tried talking about buffing his gold flow on parrrley and Morale buffs towards Gangplank before but it didn't get that much attention... Can you please talk to me, a Gangplank fan, about it?

maybe the could atleast buff/change his passive. its so useless.

+1, the pirate has been forgotten.

Even @Gmang during the development and PBE testing of the new R said that the PBE version (the current one on live) was a pure testing version as the real tweaked R should have done more damage in the center of the circle and less to the borders, a feature that required more testing on pbe. Then, they implemented it to live forgetting about scripting this part of the ulti too. I think they just got bored and forgot to implement this, cause they really don't care much about GP and his rework
