The current state of Jinx.
Apparently she's somewhat good right now, but I don't know if it's me or what. I'm just not as good at her as I used to be back in Season 3. Something just feels off playing her. Any idea? [slayer-jinx-catface]

Her laning is extremely weak compared to 
and 
. That's my main issue with her.
I feel that she swings between 2 extremes. With 3+ items she becomes an unstoppable hyper carry who just turns on and kills everything and everyone. But with anything less she's completely useless.
The games where you're even/slightly behind and stall out to 3 items are AMAZING (because she will destroy). But losing lane feels really terrible (it will take over 20 mins to catch up).
Shes just lacking early game imo but thats perfecly fine since when late game hit her rocketluncher range and passiv make her a monster.
And she suffers only from not having a distance cutter guess thats abig weakness vs some teamcomps and skill rating.
Jinx to me is somewhat of a better kog'maw.
I think its the AS penalty on her rockets.It always felt really bad after the marksman update.
