ranges champs: utterly counter him, he cant even farm
melee champs: usually make enough damage to him when get close enough for him to apply poison.
I think he needs a slight increase to starting armor and/or new passive.

Lugg1 votesSinged pretty much craps on any melee champ top lane. He wrecks champs like Riven and Jax, basically a free lane. The only champs I have real problems against with him is Teemo and other marksmen.

riven at least actually are very strong vs singed while laning, if singed gets close to a riven to farm a minion, he'll pretty much lose half his hp.
i agree that ranged champs completely shut singed down, even staying underturret is dangerous in that scenario, when that happens i pretty much leave the lane and roam tryin to help applying pressure somewhere else.
Lugg1 votesI find that Singed counters Riven quite well. She can't CS at all without taking damage if you do it right. I only lose that matchup if I screw up.
