Tbh I'm worried that with the Orrn-Items he will be perma-banned or nerfed into oblivion.

Because if the items are useful, then it's an automatic lategame win as fullbuild orrn > normal fullbuild.

If the items are not worth it, then there's no reason to really pick him.

Oh Riot, why do you keep pumping out designs that seem impossible to balance properly? I mean, the rest of his kit looks pretty solid to me, but this item thing worries me...

It's fine because it's extremely reliant on the super-late game, the kind of late-game where gold no longer matters. He's hardly the only champion that relies on this concept; hyper carries like Jinx and Nasus do too.

He can craft his own items. Besides potions from what people told me.

So you don't need to really base.

It will be interesting to see the items he crafts for his teammates. He can upgrade their items, I wonder if like he is able to craft them components of lets say maybe a trinity force, or a BORK, or something? That would be crazy. We don't know yet what he can craft for the team, it could just be boot enchantments.

But as for everything else, he can craft it without basing. I imagine people building him similar to how you build Darius, or Poppy.

That's exactly what's going to happen.

At late game positioning and coordination matters way more. Misposition or not going in at the same time means you get insta blown up. His upgrade might mean a fraction of a second faster/slow. I haven't played a game where everyone one one team have all 6 items in a long time.
