Jungle success is now almost entirely dictated by lane match ups

Your performance in the jungle is now almost 100% decided by your lane match ups and how they're faring, because they consistently have a large power advantage over you, and your jungle camps are now more important (but you don't have the strength to defend them against invasion from laners).

If your lanes are behind or in bad match ups, you have to concede virtually your entire jungle, and you quickly end up too far behind to even gank, with no way of catching up.

More or less all of my jungle games with Diamond players consist of the team with the advantage constantly invading the other team's jungle, and there's very little they can do about it, because the losing jungler is almost completely irrelevant, or one team has more aggressive picks (i.e. trying to jungle with a Soraka + Ezreal bottom lane will make you bash your head against a wall).

And god forbid you pick anything but one of the six meta junglers.

Why isn't this being fixed in 9.3?

You still had control over your lane and the ability to play safely and farm. Junglers don't have either of these options; once you're behind, you're out of the game with no options.

Also, I play lanes more than jungle.

Don't deflect, the statement works because a skill difference in junglers means I get my ass camped and eventually make one small mistake, which means I die. so the enemy jungle stays and kills me the second i come back to lane, which means I get snowballed on. which opens up the rest of the map

it's a really standard trick, and it fucks people over in top and mid all the time because with a level and 300-400 gold lead (Farm and kill) in a carry laner matchup.. someone getting 1shot

That's only relevant in low elo games, and it only happens because you didn't ward, died, and then returned to lane and extended while at a disadvantage, and died again. You rarely see top die twice in a row in Diamond games, unless it's auto-filled and doesn't know better.

The game shouldn't be balanced around monkeys with zero decision making skill. It's even worse that you know it happens and still fall for it.

what the fuck are you talking about? I watch that shit happen to Solorenektontop, Hashinshin, and full metal jayce All the fucking time, they're all diamond+ players

He is generally correct though, in the mass majority of games of diamond and up, high deaths generally do not happen because higher skilled players are much more defensive and take advantage of any advantage they possess. You should know this, how often do Diamond players and up over extend and die repeatedly? Outside of Hanshinshin of course.
