Every Single Champion and How to Fix Them
I want everybody to realize that this is my personal opinion and I am only posting this to combine the community's posts and opinions about champions in the hope that Riot will see this and take note on what they do great and what they need to work on. This took a lot of time and i hope you guys enjoy it.
Honestly it seems like every time i see this guy he either completely destroys or is completely useless. Most of the time the latter. I would give his Q either a reset on a kill or a good cooldown reduction and for the love of god buff his base stats. Am i playing a bruiser top or sona? I can't tell from those base stats.
Pretty strong champion but hard to balance due to her having a ton of damage and mobility but being pretty skill shot reliant. The only thing i would do would be to move her movespeed bonus on her Q to her E and make it so she has to hit her E on a champion to get it.
Make her E proc her Q Mark and make her Q speed travel faster so you don't have those awkward moments where you ult to someone to realize that you got there before the Q did.
Pretty balanced champion in my opinion. I would increase his Pulverize cooldown as late game it gets pretty ridiculous trying to get near anyone on his team without being knocked up 20 times.

Make her have to toss her Ult so that it has somewhat of a delay. Maybe .5 Seconds or .75.

Riot hates this guy. However i have seen him go jungle Sated a lot lately and it has been pretty powerful. I would give him his old E back but keep the other nerfs. His kit is pretty overloaded and too many buffs could break him.
Balanced despite the outcry that he isn't good, bard will always be a champion completely centered around his Ult. He is a high elo support and that is where you see the win rate increase.
I honestly don't even know with this guy. I would do one of two things. Decrease the pull speed or decrease the base damage and cooldown on his ult. It seems when i get pulled by blitzcrank he does twice as much damage as his carry with 0 AP.

Make her able to fire her Q while moving while increasing the cooldown on her E. Something to make her abilities worth using as post level 9 your DPS is higher to just auto attack and not even use abilities.
Increase the AP ratio on her W and increase her base movespeed. Small buffs as she does see good play in higher elo and is pretty strong IMO
Decrease silence duration to 1.5 seconds

Lower the heal to 7 percent per champion but give it no cap. This means he can hit 5 champions for a 35 percent heal but he has to hit 5. If he hits two he only gets 14 percent. Also make the slow on his W 70/75/80/85/90 and make his slow on his pull 1.25 seconds instead of 1
decrease ratio on her passive
This dude needs some help or a rework. I would replace his E altogether with an ability that fits his kit better. My idea would be an ability similar to Garen's W. Also make it so if he hits a certain amount of cleavers within a certain time period the next cleaver will stun.
give him a new passive. He basically has no passive late game or anything that helps him in fighting. You don't have to give him wicked blades back but he is an executioner so possibly give him a certain amount of AD for every champ that he kills or if he catches a certain amount of Axes in a row his next Axe will slow and deal bonus damage

Seriously Riot stop nerfing her. Give her the old scaling Ratio on Q and make the spiderlings damage physical again. The rappel buff and stun duration buff was enough to put her in a good spot.

Possibly make it so he doesnt only have 3 abilities? Give the scaling ratio you have for him on his E on the PBE and put it on his W while making it do reduced damage when going through multiple enemies.
Hard to balance since riot wont put in a jungle item for non auto attack reliant mages. Until that point, he can't be totally balanced.
Increase the cooldown on her E. She is building lucidity boots and black cleaver and auto criting every 4 seconds while slowing you and you can't get away because her Q has such a low cooldown.
Increase the cooldown on his E at each level by 2

Honestly give the dude his old E back. If the new juggernauts can have the crazy base stats that they do and still deal so much damage, Jarvan should be allowed his free armor.

Make her rockets cost more mana. She simply can just spam the hell out of those things and the mana cost is pretty low.
Cap her E at 10 and increase ult cooldown

Needs an increase to his base stats and an AP buff on his Q although should be slight as his lane phase should still be weake rthan other mages to compensate for his team fighting
For the love of God riot give the dude scaling MR. He's an anti mage. He should be a direct counter to most mages and his passive only makes him good at that until about level 10 when everyone else's scaling MR catches up to negate a similar amount of damage. This would help him a lot honestly but in my opinion i still do think he is strong

Nerf Sated for people who abuse the hell out of it like this guy. He doesn't need a direct nerf to his kit though.

I'm honestly not even going to try with this guy. My opinion would be to make his Q enhance the next three auto's but by the first amount. This ould change if his W was active on an ally so that it would do 3x the previous amount like it does now. This would fix him solo lane cheesing with his Q damage but still promoting him bot lane like Riot wants

Give us some context on what this blocks exactly because one game a while back i had it block a Garen ult when it says on basic attacks or turret shots. Should block Garen's Q but not his Ult.

impossible to balance in the role she currently sits. I would honestly balance her around top lane because that is where her kit says she should be. Can't be an ADC diving in headfirst into the enemy team. Her kit contradicts what she was supposed to be.

Make his W no longer give resistances and make him visible while ulting within a certain range such as his leap range. Like when evelynn gets too close. This would allow some sort of counterplay or be able to actually press flash fast enough as a carry before being instantly deleted
Since im pretty sure 80 percent of you just skipped the entire post to come see my opinions on Riven i will try and keep it straight forward. I would give her energy while adding to her passive that after using an ability her next auto does the bonus damage plus restores a certain amount of energy. This would require her to auto attack in between abilities to keep her energy up. Also i would increase how long she gets her shield for but nerf the Ratio to .7. I am honestly fine with her damage, but i am not fine with her being able to spam like crazy without worrying about anything. That is the issue. Let her spam, but at least make her use some skill in between abilities to be able to do it.

This would make the window of killing him bigger and allow more counterplay for his opponents while giving trynd a way to stay alive that isnt uncounterable. He would have to be bursted after his Ult as his heal would be large but he wouldn't be invincible.

The other 20 percent that didnt go directly to Riven most likely came here. I have no problem really with her directly. I have a problem with Riot nerfing other ADC's to the point that they allowed Vayne to get like this. I would give her W a static cooldown on champions while giving it an active such as an attack speed buff, auto attack buff, etc. I would also lower her attack speed per level. The rest needs to be handled by buffing other ADC's
Make his stun instant. His niche was he could stun and insta delete someone usually at the cost of his own life, now it is so much harder to stun someone and you usually can never get it on a mobile carry so he ends up blowing his abilities on whoever is closest to him or dying.

I know that i kept it brief and that not every single person is going to agree. I will definitely elaborate on anything in the comments and have discussions that go more in depth about certain champions. Again this is my opinion and some of the opinions taken from the boards and my friends.
As i cannot possibly know everything about every champion feel free to throw in ideas. I can't main every champ and people who main champs on here will know more about them than i will.
With that said i hope you enjoyed the post as i spent a lot of time on it and hopefully Riot sees this so they can have some more general ideas on what to do with certain champions
