Not Really Sure What Everyone's Problem with Warlord's Bloodlust is

Now don't get me wrong, I think the mastery is definitely overpowered and needs toned back, but not to the extent of everyone freaking out on the forums.

I am a tryndamere main and that may make me a little biased but when I played him yesterday I did not notice any significant changes besides the increase to my lane sustain. Late game was exactly the same. Trynd is still squishy as hell and so is yas and my healing from bloodlust meant nothing because the same thing happens to every trynd player ever.

A team fight breaks out and you get raped to 1 health and then you ult and smash on the person closest to you for 5 seconds. The healing did nothing to delay my ult or make me survive longer.

Also, I am not saying the laning part where it was effective was balanced. I was against garen and he could not do anything to stop me from csing or get me out of lane. With my inherit sustain and the sustain from Warlords I could of stood in his while csing for a minute stright and lived. That is where it needs to be toned back.

I am thinking reworking the mastery to have it scale every 6 levels. So level 1 it heals 4 percent with a 5 percent attack speed buff. Level 6 is 8 percent heal with 10 percent AS buff. Level 12 is 12 percent heal and 15 percent AS buff. And level 18 is 16 percent heal and 20 percent AS buff.

The numbers could officially be tweaked but I feel like that would be better and would let people like trynd and yasuo who have inherit crit in their kit abuse it.

Ideas?

Crit plus AS and heal equals total party rape.

I think the thing is that you shouldnt teamfight with Trynda. As you said, his laning phase got kinda even more unfair, so he is pretty hard to shut down. And what do you do against the splitpushing Trynda that went even remotely even in lane? Nothing. You cant do anything to stop him and if you cant get your whole team mid and outpush him asap, you lose.

The main issue is that it applies to minions. I wouldn't really have any issues with it if it only applied to champions since the enemy would have to fight you to benefit from it.

As it is, it just improves their pushing power and sustain even if they are only killing minions or jungle monsters.

I don't really have issues playing against them, but I would like them to keep it consistent.

Every other keystone mastery the provides extra damage/sustain only applies against champions; bring Warlord's Bloodlust into line.
