Need help with a 1-3-1 split push comp
looking for a list of junglers/top laners that are good at this + a combo for mid, supp, adc that can fend of a 3v5, 3v4, 3v3 well

Jungle: The most viable Jungler to pull off a 1-3-1 is

would work as well.
Mid: Most Mid Laners are capable of split pushing, assuming you are relevant at that point in the game. Try 
ADC: Despite many ADCs doing the job fine
do well in skirmishes or in taking towers.
Support: There's no need to list supports here as almost all are skill based and depend on what your team comp needs.
Edit: As with supports, many of the popular midlaners work with a 1-3-1 but I listed those who are viable in a splitpush scenario.
