@Riot please clear this up for me

I used to see rioters responding to gameplay threads all the time, but now no balance team rioter is ever on here. I know that some of the rioters that posted on the boards got lots of downvotes, but I get lots of downvotes and I still post on the boards so I don't get it. I feel like there used to be a lot more communication, but now, I haven't seen a rioter on here in ages. I checked the Red Tracker and almost all of them are about skins and lore and it's seriously bugging me. Are you guys waiting for the season to start to comment on things? I don't even see you guys in gameplay+ which is a much more constructive place, so a place I would expect feedback. Are you guys ever coming back to talk about balance changes and your thoughts on things? Was there a rule placed because you guys didn't like how posting on here made some of your balance team look bad? I don't understand. If literally any rioter knows why they stopped, even if you're on the skins team, let me know please because like it's weird. Actually feels like everyone in gameplay/gameplay+ are just talking to a brick wall.
