I just thought to myself wow I would really LOVE to see her get something done with her out of all the adcs.

I think the issue is the way her ult works or maybe her passive.

the ult is easy to self cancel, it roots you in place, the damage feels a bit lack luster.

Its hard to change her ult too much without making her too much like Lucian.

I almost wish it functioned as an ability that charged up (stores 10 rounds every 10 seconds) and allowed you to press and hold R to expend the rounds (or save some) so you could re-position and expend more as you saw fit.

Her passive is nice but again I think it would be better if she lost it over time once in combat versus all at once.

Would Mf be too much Like Lucian, if only champs could break her passive, and she could move while Ulting?

Remove the cast delay on her E and she's instafixed IMO.

She has really high base values. If she seems to be underpowered she isn't. Just like Sivir, she just isn't flashy or flamboyant as a champion but she has always had a small pick rate with high win rate.

Besides, Riot already gave her some love recently.

She has the strangest mix of damage. W scales with AD but deals magic, her ult scales with AP but deals physical, her Q is physical, and her E is magic.

If they ever made hybrid items GOOD, she would dominate.

Oh, also she has ZERO peel and her ult roots her. Let's compare to the other immobile ADCs? Ashe -- has a disengage ult and kiting potential. Varus -- has a disengage ult and can poke from very far away. Caitlyn? Self-peel on E and snare on W.

I honestly really like MF's mix of damage and her...odd combination, because it gives you a variety of builds that you can use, she can vary her build far more than other ADCs. You can mix in relatively unusual items such as item 3091 item 3071 item 3085 and be very strong. If hybrid items were better than they are at the moment, then I think she would rapidly become overpowered, similar to how sej became overpowered with the tank item changes. Giving her this strange mix of damage is a good think because it allows variety rather than a bad thing because it makes one build be far better than others.

Also, her e is really powerful as a peel against less mobile champions/champions who aren't immune to slows. 65% slow at max rank isn't to be underestimated. And she has the best out of combat mobility of any ADC, which allows her to trade in lane pretty easily with her q/auto dodging in and out.

I've said more in a different reply, just wanted to make this point about itemization because I've seen you make this point multiple times, weetle kitten :3

I love diverse itemization, and some of my favorite builds are Mage Fortune and AP/AS Varus. Azir is a ton of fun for the same reason. A marksmage? Love it!

I've probably made the same points because most of my mains have fallen out of meta item 3070 either immobility (Varus, Anivia, Brand), the mana regen nerf (Galio, Lux), or people expecting support to be either healbots or CCbots (Zyra, Karma are nowhere to be found nowadays). It's sad when your losing team blames not your performance, but the fact that "I wish we had a Sona rather than a Karma" or "who picks Anivia lol, gg"

My name is redundant though. All kittens are evil.

Diverse itemization is honestly something that I find really lacking in LoL. Blitz is probably my favorite example of it done extremely well, but some champions like caitlyn or leona I feel it far less. I think this is a point which riot could probably improve a lot with just a few tweaks to a couple champions.

I meant that I've seen you make that point on multiple MF threads xP I think that "out of meta" just means "Not as versatile". I'd never first pick kogmaw, but if I'm against someone like janna on the enemy team I'd be happy to.

MF is my go to ADC anymore, partly because I can do very well with her, and partly because I have only 4 marksmen(markswomen?...marksundeadmonstrosity?)Ashe, MF, Tristana, and Urgot. I suck as Tris, have only played Urgot in ARAM and Nemesis (where I dominated for a bit), and, while I got my first penta as Ashe, my Ashe is just too squishy. Thus MF. When I do adc, I usually have fairly good games. Maybe make minions not disable her passive or something (saw that on a board post a while ago) and that is about the only buff I can really think of.

MF is one of my 3 best ADCs, I don't think she's underpowered at all. She's just a little more limited as to which teams she can fit into. She needs to have a team with some AOE CC/some disengage for her to function properly. Other than that, I think she'd be a perfectly viable and very powerful ADC if we just changed her passive to not get removed by minions (even if this was added after level 11 or something). Just because it would give her a very strong chasing ability. IMO she's one of the strongest ADCs in ARAM just because of her immense AOE damage.

Miss Fortune would be good as a adc if the meta wasn't Assasins who can easily jump on her and tons of champs with mobility and cc. Maybe if they made it so when you ult as MF you break any CC on you that would be nice.

P.S. Anivia is op I don't care what people say.

The only thing i would like to see is Double Up apply On-next-attack effects to both targets and not just the first one.
