Yeah IKR, it is BS, she is good for ANY COMP, the safety of her kit, waveclear and damage adds a lot to her and makes her hard to catch, they even recommend Mejais on her to the point where she can stack it almost freely, it is insane, she needs proper nerfs to make her take more risks.

Lux has always been this way. I don't recall a nerf or buff patch for her. Just for whatever reason in season 6 people realized she is a pretty safe pick against the assassin meta and comes with a very OP ult.

Worth noting, shes been indirectly buffed quite a bit. Most notably with the advent of new items that she can easily use (Ludens is a really big one)

Shes also recieved quite a few QoL changes over the last year or so.

Also one of her core items item 3041 is easier to use and grants more stats. The Thunderlord mastery plus Ludens allow her to proc full damage with just E-R and the insane cooldowns also help.

Interesting. Yes I believe you are right. Maybe some of her kit changes were very small, but you are right when you talk about how item changes really benefited her. Luden's Echo basically just ensure Lux can instantly clear waves safely much sooner than otherwise. Course the movement speed doesn't hurt to help insure she maintains her range advantage.

Well before season 6 I always did not like Lux. A range "assassin" mid. Xereth is very jealous. She has always had team benefiting abilities as well as that ranged assassin combo.

She got buffed to allow her to pre-detonate Her AoE thing (don't know which ability it is) and her snare does full damage to the second target

Interesting. The Lux I know could always blow up her little orb thingy, but then again the last time I played Lux and actually remember doing so was probably in Season 5..... The snare change.... Yes I do recall a couple changes to that now that you bring it up. I want to say there was even a time were the snare did not grab a second target....
