Thresh should still be forced to reel his hook back in if he misses.

Didn't know his hook was shen and could teleport back to him ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

This would provide 1.5 seconds to attack thresh. He missed a key skillshot and is supposed to be a hit or miss champion.

The thing has 20 CD and 12 at rank 5, it's fine the way it is.
