Whats up with all the Jax

Title. Ive seen a Jax in 90% of my games this week like of at least 15 games and counting. I get he is ftp but he is only 1350 so im confused.

Its mainly because Jax is a very good pick for top especially in low elos where players tend to spam ranged cancer top to bully the hell out of melee champions. Jax is the bully's bully basically..

Ive got a 100% winrate with Jax this week with 8 games... even against multiple plats(good for me). But his buff was given many patches ago and its not like it did anything just buffed his W range, its nice but really didnt change anything.
