The passives on Hunter's Talisman and Hunter's Machete are both unique but they have different names, therefore they stack.
If you get both of them, then you get +30 experience for killing a large jungle monster (which is the same as Skirmisher's Sabre, Stalker's Blade, and Tracker's Knife.
If you can't get 350G by the time you have to back, then you may have bigger issues.
