He will get to choose who to give exp to on his team and then level that champ up.
I assume this will give level 6 jungler like ww and nocturne some huge synergy with this zilean passive.
that said.. it doesn't fix the fact that his passive is useless after lvl 18.
I am excited to see if it makes a difference.

Kouga1 votesYou know, that combo could actually be terrifying. Zilean's speed buff/nerf could be enough to let Morde Q-smash their faces in, his XP gain would be out of control between their passives, and Zil Ult makes a hard to kill Champ even more of a problem. Might be something there..

Level advantages in league are huge. Which is somewhat countered by champions more than 2 levels before the map average getting extra xp and those above 2+ getting less (at least on jungle camps, etc).
Zilean will probably be best off pouring the experience into whoever the champion with the biggest lead is. Have you had many games where an enemy solo laner gets to 11 and your highest teammate is 9? They're so hard - zilean could make them a normal occurrence...
