What determines rework prioritization?
I know for some characters liek Evelynn, a complete VU is being waited upon, but what about characters like WW, Poppy, and Tristana? Is it based more around their kits and ease of altering their kits?

Kuroi861 votesThere's a lot of things that go into determining rework priority. Sion was a top priority for the longest time, but his rework took so long due to how much work needed to go into it. Someone like WW is up there in priority, but last I heard they don't have a solid paper kit yet so they have nothing to go on just yet.
