It's going against him that's the problem. He has 4/5 of his abilities as CC, that's pretty aweswome. I've played Naut Jg a lot and even though sometimes I die a lot, we still win by my abilities because the CC offered by him just sets everything up.

I one time faced a Tank Katarina in ARAM and it was possibly the worst thing I ever went against. She did like no damage, but when a Kat jumps on you and starts attacking, your instincts take hold and you end up blowing your CC/Ult on her while the rest of her team can take advantage of all your hard CC being down.

I... but Elise's missing health is super busty, and fizz only does that if he ults you. You can cleanse it too, you can't cleanse an attack though.

And while I think champions who do %missing health are annoying, I don't think they're toxic.
