Where did mystery champions go?

After the blue essence change I saw you could buy a mystery champion for around 3,950 BE. However, I went back in the store today and for the life of me I can't find it. Did it get removed or changed? Its bad enough that you can't reroll 3 champ shards into a champion permanent any more, I hope Riot doesn't take away mystery champs as well.
