That’s a joke. Black cleaver is in EVERY game and last whisper items are in EVERY game. But you know. Totally not reduced.

If conquerer has proven anything. It’s that stacking 5+ instances of damage is not a restriction. So no. Black cleaver does kill tanks.
Yes. One person builds black cleaver in every game. By default. It’s one of if not the most built item. And because it’s a stacking debuff their entire team benefits. Now. Guess what EVERY adc builds? And most ad assassins? That’s right. A last whisper item. Some of them even build it as a core. (Guinsoo is a last whisper item now)
I bring up 2 bruisers that HARD counter tanks. :/ and yi is not a bruiser. Holy shit you bruiser mains are delusional.
Okay? Bruiser don’t have to build full damage because they have conquerer, the highest bases and scalings in the game. So they can get away with tank items, that they build for the passives. :/ Darius doesn’t build a deadman’s because he wants armor. No. He builds it for for ms and slow attached to it.

now you get 5-10, and potentially with conditioning get 15-20 armor, 10 minutes in (10 mr as well).
when back in the day, you coudl run armor per level for 21 armor @ 18 and same with MR per level.

Top 20 has 2 more being ammumu and rammus.
Top 30 has 1. Naut support (building full ap)
Top 50 has 2 more. Shen. Taric.
Everything else is damage out it’s ass. And burst damage at that.
