It says it is treated as a basic attack, CDR doesn't affect its CD, but it is reduced by attack speed and its cast time is reduced too by attack speed, so not an ability like Gangplank Q, that is reduced by only by CDR and its cast time is always the same. So why does Yasuo Q procs Sheen? Sheen procs on ability cast.
Also why does Trinity Force still gives 5% MS? Zeal has that MS increase passive, Stinger has CDR.

Just because it's CD goes down with AS, doesn't means it's magically not an ability. It just means it has a different scaling is all. You seem to be confusing Sheen's on ability activation effect with a spell effect.

Catastrop1 votesOkay let me, clarify. An ability can be treated as one of two things, a spell or auto attack. Either way, they're both abilities, what changes is what sort of effects they can apply. The spells can obviously apply spell effects such as Rylai's slow or Liandry's. However, the auto attack ability will only on hits, such as life steal and well Sheen.
