It always hits because the projectile speed is so damn fast. Its just far too damn universal of a skill honestly just think about all the shit you can do just landing Q. The projectile speed needs to be nerfed. It also shouldn't grant true sight either hes a freakin blind monk lol like cmon it should be like how bats use sonar.
