Aaaand you "buff" his "prolonged dueling" although he is a burst assassin. Many players across the boards calculated Khazix's combo inferior compared to other assassins even if the enemy is isolated and we are doing this for like more than one year. Stop making silly buffs that everyone knows that it wont work to make him viable. Just make a major rework ffs....we know you made a fab skin though.
(Honestly I was thrilled to hear this on the notes. And only saw a cdr buff. Like...what?)
