8.14 Can't wait

Riot hates mages and don't want them to be strong. The mage buffs will probably be too minimal and won't be effective.

Example: "We noticed that [insert champion name here] having mana problems in lane so we are increasing her mana regeneration growth to 0.800000001 from 0.8 to help her in the laning phase!''.

The patch isn't due to go to LIVE until 17/18th July.

Still plenty of time.

She's in a balanced state both win rate and play rate wise.

Don't over buff her.

No one wants 53% win rate 20% play rate Ahri back except the casual Ahri "mains"
