Just recode the jungle to have walls blocking you from getting into the lanes until 10 minutes. These walls cannot be passed through and will deal 75% max hp true damage if you try, but at ten minutes they crumble to dust.

If someone does try to pass through the wall and dies, there should be a global Poppy laugh with a spinning old Lollipoppy face.

get scuttle and you can save those for ad runes... level 4 is an odd level to want to be to gank. 2 or three is usually for speedy gankers
