Lets compare: Duskblade to other damage procs!

Duskblade: 30-200 Shiv: 60-140 (can crit for 120-280) RFC: 60-140 (Can stack with shiv) Trinity force: 200% of base AD Ludens echo: 100 (+0.1AP) Titanic hydra: 40+10% of your max health Ravenous hydra: 100% of total AD Deadmans plate: 100 Gunblade: 175-253 (+0.3AP) Proto belt: 75-150 (+0.25AP) GLP: 100-200 (+0.2AP)

At level 18 with only the items in question and assuming base AD of 100, AP of 300, and 1800 base health; Dusk blade: 200 Shiv: 280 RFC: 140 Trinity force: 200 Ludens echo: 130 Titanic hydra: 265 Ravenous hydra: 180 Deadmans: 100 Gunblade: 343 Proto belt: 225 GLP: 260

As you can see, every item here either flat out performs dusk blade damage wise (many are more expensive by about 500g too though), is a utility item or is only slightly weaker. The damage part of the item is fine, and stands up to its peers.

The problem is riots war on vision black out passive. So stop whining about dusk blades damage; unless your name is Khazix you only get it up for one use late-game anyway. Its like a bad erection.

RFC and Shiv can't stack their damage, but the rest of their effects do stack (like the faster charging and the bonus range and the proc on towers)

But yeah, I will agree Duskblade's damage is actually in a pretty okay spot. The only thing that makes it 'overpowered' is the amount of utility it brings outside of that damage imo, but that's not enough to make it a broken item tbh.

I was pretty sure it stacked, but oh well. I didnt include them together anyway when doing math. Wonder how many down votes im gonna get for going against the hives narrative though....

Damage don't stack, but you can have item 3094 range and item 3087 crit damage if you buy both

Yeah we covered that in the first and second posts. I didnt add their damage together in the level 18 with stats - i assumed it was critting.

Duskblade also gives around 14 armor pen by the time you get it, unlike the other items, and duskblade itself isn't a problem, as I've said before, but people don't listen. Electrocute is the main problem, the armor pen could use going back to how it was before though, 40% starting off instead of 60%, considering serrated dirk is 400 gold cheaper than oblivion orb, and works on auto attacks.

Personally id rather have flat pen instead of lethality again... Can... Can we just do that and have transperant numbers. And serrated dirks out of combat movement speed. I really miss feeling like a capable roamer...

Most assassins nowadays are roaming gods. But if you want more roaming power you could take waterwalking, that and jungle fights are pretty much exactly what that rune's for and it gives a nice damage boost in the river.

Waterwalking is eh. The blue tree isnt super good for non-mana assassins unfortunately. What i mean by roaming... 500MS feels really nice to roam with, and since its out of combat, it has no actual combat stats unless you run celerity.

How is it not good for non-mana assassins? Only one option even has mana involved in it. Also Celerity and Waterwalking do work in tandem with each other. Celerity is godlike on Kat because of her W.

This could possibly be offset by how oblivion orb give 100% of its flat pen whenever you buy it.
