The mini-rework on his E appeared to be a net-neutral effect for him. On one hand, his E is more spammable, but on the other hand, he'll run out of mana very fast.
That's what I have noticed after playing him now. He OOMs a lot quicker now than before. Even moreso than Amumu.

Naut might want to take more blues now than before. RoA is really strong on him. If your running OOM in teamfights you might want to consider the newly improved Athenes. And of course Righteous Glory is epic since it got buffed.
