One of the most underestimated items of the game, banner of command surely counters the hell out of top ap champions.
If anyone experienced a banner minion placed on their lane, it would take more than 20 secs to kill it as a ap champ.They will not be able to push, and you can force a 5v4 on the enemy side.
Even if they managed to group up, your legion aura will sure work wonders to turn the tide.
