Twitch feels so useless now. Please change him :(

I love playing twitch, even though I normally do good with him I still feel like he just lacks so much. I'll spend 2-3 seconds getting my 6 stacks of poison, then Woooo I can use my E! The E does barely any damage now since kalista has been released and laughs at it. Not just this, but since you just used your E it is now a useless ability for the next 10 seconds, and your poison doesn't do all that much damage.

Why not after twitch gets 6 stacks on someone, it refreshes the CD of your E, and after you use it the stacks are consumed and you can just redo that. If kalista can have an infinite version of twitchs stack, and vayne can proc base damage + %maxHealth true damage, is it really that bad to let twitch reactive his E every 6 autos? Maybe reduce damage in return?

Not to mention your W is completely useless with a small slow, and you already apply your 6 stacks easily since AS is good on twitch.
