Either disband or change the MIA ping

When i hear the annoying little noise from the mia ping, i dont think, "Oh, someones laner is gone, i should be careful until they return".

No, i think, "Oh, someone just made a bad/good play, and it is now being spammed to bring attention to the bad/good play."

I dont get why people have chosen this ping to use for their BMs, but im getting tired of it and this ping needs to be either changed or disbanded as a whole.
