But I keep seeing Ezreal's in almost all my games doing well, and even on stream. What happened?

Ezreal is pretty fun to play. It's like Lucian and Jhin and Vayne, although they have much higher play rates.

Games are much shorter now with a really important early game, so trying to stack Muramana is a waste of time. The Ezreals I see are ignoring Muramana and just going TF/BoRK/pen or TF/crit. I'm wondering how much that low ranking is because of people still trying to stack Tear.

i actually tried a ess reaver triforce ie rush build and it was pretty strong.
