How the tables have turned on our poor prince (with a small suggestion)

Alright now i get the tank buffs and i get the cinderhulk

but if you noticed this has pretty much gutted jarvan in the jungle and he's getting out performed by basically everyone now on lolking the only thing keeping J4's winrate afloat was his top lane play

one suggestion i do have was moving his passive armor to his W, but cutting it in half rather than removing it completely. a lot of people get free stats and putting his atk speed and armor on the same ability is pretty nuts. This could make people decide in the mid game whether or not they want the armor or attack speed

keep in mid that it doesnt have to go up to like 22 armor, maybe like 5/7/9/11/13 or even less it would also keep his clear just as bootycheeks early game like his design because nobody's going to get more points in W until dragon strike is maxed. i think this is pretty fair and would be ONLY a minor buff
