Since Mordekaiser is the new ADC...

Could we nerf into oblivion, herm, change some champions roles? Turn riven into a support. She at least has some CC. But gut her damage. and make her Q usable only with another ally near her. Gut vayne damage out and make her a support too. She has some nice displacement and has more MS than morde. It is something you change a mid laner to a jungle/top role (gragas), but don't throw them into a obligatory support role. Do that only with the game breaking top laners like blitz. Never go full retard riot.
