will garen ever be able to q the enemy nexus properly?

its a minor thing. the q hits other structures without a problem, but if you want to try and q the enemy nexus, he sits in place without attacking for like a second, then finally strikes it (with the q).

it just feels weird. a minor anoyance, but still anoying.
