What if when you've capped out your passive, every proc of it afterwards shaves off 1 or 2 seconds of cooldown from your ult?

Kai Guy1 votesI'm of the mind every shard after 5 provides a MP personally. His team fights pretty darn good but his lane needs a little boost imo. I do like that others are looking at soul shards having higher interactivity for his kit.
