How do I deal with zed

Serious question, I can't play mid lane anymore without going against a zed, I tried multiple ways but they aren't really effective, can anyone help

Why would I want to bait upvotes??? That literally shows you have no life if you did so, I'm going against zed not just on this account but on my other accounts. Is asking for help a way to bait upvotes? If so that wasn't my intention.

Abuse Quinn mid.

If she's not your cup of tea, or she gets nerfs soon, then the very general idea is you want to avoid Zed's harass at all costs, and recognize that he can kill you without his ultimate. I don't think anyone can accuse you of playing too safe against a Zed, especially at level 2-6. Never forget about his shadow either, don't stand near it.

If he doesn't kill you during that window though, and you manage to leave lane with adequate farm, then you're doing great and you didn't feed Zed. Pat yourself on the back. Start roaming immediately.

Some other tips: I always try to get him to focus more on the farm rather than me early game. Also, if you aren't an early game assassin like Zed, then I'd choose another spell instead of ignite. Ignite falls off late game, so you'd be better taking any other one if you don't have kill potential, and you never know if your jungler is competent. Personally, since I like to push the lane a smidge so he focuses on minions, I don't expect a lot of ganks from my jungler anyways.

If Quinn gets nerfed because she's broken, or again you just don't like playing her, my favorite pick against Zed is Lissandra. She's the ideal anti-assassin mage. She's not really at the top of the meta anymore, but she's one of those sleeper picks that can get you far when you use her correctly. She has the CC lock down to keep Zed at a distance.

Try to sidestep whenever zed throws out shadow shuriken. Ward river cuz lots of zeds love to roam bot lane @ lvl 6. Grab exhaust if you can afford to.

Another option is counter zed hard with urgot but....if that's not something you're comfortable with playing then meh.

I generally get a QSS or Zhonya's to get rid of his ult and just go with someone who can harass and stuff a lot against Zed mid to force him to back (or be killed even if it's under turret) like try Azir. His harass and safety is near that of Zed and he has his own peel + he's based around range and not melee

Well, Zed (in my opinion) is one of the most easily countered champs. You don't even need to pick around him (although doing so helps).

Step 1: Don't give him any momentum in lane.

Zed snowballs very hard, don't give him any early kills by not calling MIA's or a dumb misplay. Play safe under tower and buy a lot of health pots.

Step 2: Rush Zhonya's Hourglass/QSS

This takes away SOOO much of Zed's kill pressure. Note that using hourglass doesn't mean he can't still kill you. His damage output is rather high, hourglass just makes sure he wont one shot you.

Step 3: Sip on his tears >:)

lmao, I didn't say I wanted zed nerfed. I just want to know how to play against him. I like zed and his concept but I wanted to know how to play against him.

in that case,

Zed passive gives zed some bonus damage when u r 50% health so um dont stay around him when u 50%.

bait out his combo. Depending on the champ u r using, bait out his combo and dodge it. If u r using quinn, bait it out then vault of a random minion, something like that.... HIs combo takes like all of his energy so he cant cast it for like 18 seconds depending on his cdr.

I recommend on ur first back u get armor...thats what lcs players get; something like the cloth armor for 300 is fine.

take advantage of his csing. when he comes to cs poke him with autos and get him low so it will be risky to ult u. DO NOT PUSH ZED UNDER TOWER PLEASE. he can execute combos and stuff more easily and u can poke him as much. I HOPE this helps.
