Dynamic que is a bunch of bullshit which no one wanted. All it does is carter to premeds who abuse their tactical advantage over others and carrying undeserving people to a higher elo.
Rotating Game Mode? I Haven't seen it so I can't believe it. They also said we'd get solo Queue and look how far that got us.
They also said the Mid year mage update wouldn't have large item changes like the ADC one ....and look there, another lie.

Literally just a cry for more special treatment because ADCs got presents they wanted. Mages and midlane have consistently been the most observed and catered aspect of league.
Rod is getting buffed for the champs that actually buy it. Do you not understand how powerful that shit will be on Swain? And Zhonyas totally deserves the nerf. Too long has it been allowed to be as overpowered as it is. The active on the thing is so powerful is virtually justifies the purchase regardless of stat efficiency.

As for its active more often than not it just delayed your death by a few seconds leaving you surrounded by the enemy team. Also Ad's got maw and hex drinker which are much more efficient.

I dont even own the champ nor have i ever even played him, but ok. Keep feeding into your victim complexe. I main mid and have ever since I played this game (along with Support) and Mages make up most of my champ pool in both positions. Hell even my best top lane picks are Mages.
The situation you describe it being is simply due to poor positioning on your end. the fact that it can even be THAT much is in of itself a testament to how overpowered it is, as delaying your death gives time for your team to do thing such as catch up to clean things up or even just take an objective, even if you end up dying in the end.
This is a Team based objective game. There is more to it than whether it lets you win a 1v1 custom game. There is no reason such a powerful defensive item should spec so hard into offense. None.

That was show of what is happening and show of the reason why. unless the match making formula was changed to be really really picky bronze games shouldnt be taking 15 -20 mins to find ever if the game has several million active players and unlike looking at accounts you cant mistake people counting them again cause they smurfing looking at que times cause people dont que up on multiple accounts at the same time

It was a really good item on swain, cause his ult, and is alright on malz. I think it's gonna hit swain hard too but he is probably not gonna get compensated like vlad as far as i know.

they aren't nerfing vlad, they are reworking him, the reworked vlad will be released the same day they remove will of the ancients, and it also isn't just will, they are removing all spell vamp items from the game because it is simply a idea that is to hard to balance, nor is it possible to properly balance.
