Is that the person who is highest level, most gold, most AD, or most kills?
Because I think if you want the change to be functional it needs to scale off the one with the most AD as the "strongest victim."

WoonStruck1 votesBasically, it makes the AD bonus better if he kills Jhin, Darius w/ passive, or some other high AD stacker.
It won't make him stronger than he currently is from killing ADCs.
