He went 0-3 in lane, started spamming 'ff 15 team is dog shit,' and then ran it down top lane five times. At this point, he had 32 CS. He then started CSing normally. He picked up one assist during this time, nothing else, and suddenly had a 326 bounty.

What the actual fuck is this, Riot? Someone who has been intentionally feeding should not have a bounty.

The bounty is from farming minions, but he's only worth 176 baseline from intentionally feeding. This should not be allowed to happen; someone with a reduced bounty from deaths shouldn't have it cancelled by CSing.
