Keep AP Warwick alive!

Currently lost all AP ratios in his kit which I find kinda sad. Can we keep the 100% AP ratio on his Q? I don't really think it would cause any balance issues, it would just keep the fun build alive. Also, I can't live without AP Warwick once URF comes back.

He already has a ton of magic damage through AD ratios already making it weird to itemize against him, you don't need AP ratios on him.
