Honest Question: Why does Riot hate wards and vision?

While they're expanding on the preseason Meddler announced that they are decreasing the amount of control wards you're able to hold to 2 from 3.

I already feel like I don't have enough wards. Why are you preventing vision from being a viable way to contribute to and win games?

Because they consider it more interesting for people to come out of nowhere and oneshot someone/everyone for better views.
