By the end of today I want to know which Rioters are taking responsability and accountability

For the complete mess we are in. I didn't play for weeks due to the terrible game state we are in. I tried some games yesterday and today but the game is still unenjoyable. Its the general state of the game that is really bad. One of the main problems is there is just too much damage. Then Riot keeps releasing overpowered overloaded champs like Aphelios and Mordekaiser. Then we have the pathetic state of toplane. Jungle is the least desired role even behind support due to all the changes made to exp and gold. Just everything about this game sucks atm.

I want to know which Rioters feel responsible for this and will take accountability. I want to know what their intended fixes are, how things could degenerate this bad, what kind of checks and balances they are going to implement in the decision making process to make sure the game doesn't degenerate this bad ever again and which Rioters feel they should step back.
