As he stands, he can not be dueled by Vayne on an equal playing ground. This needs to be fixed as much as I really hate Vayne with as much of a burning passion as Obama has in making money in the middle east. I realize that Vayne was a weak early game (I refuse to accept this, concluding her early game has higher spike powers on an average than Lucian.) but she should not be completely blown out of the water with more burst then the enemy Blanc.

Graves counters Vayne and will always have the advantage. However with the new marksman patch Vayne has absolutely no chance at actually getting anywhere near being able to duel him. Vayne is an impressive duelist and should have at least a snow balls chance in hell in dueling him.
