Because Xin can also become untargetable, immune to slows, deal true damage, and gain 70% damage reduction for up to 4 seconds.

Yi can outsustain a Xin using W. But it takes practice on when to use it. Like use it when Xin becomes untargetable.

I agree don't give MasterYi any CC ability, take away his passive double strike and give stun ( watch the world burn.. i mean sliced and diced)

Next to no one I have ever seen can outdamage a fed Yi. I mean no one. If Yi can deal consistent damage to you, I have NEVER seen anyone out-DPS a Yi, especially for as long as he can deal DPS.
