Hold up, whats the point of unlocking the ability to make new rune pages at lvl 11

When everything besides the preset pages is locked until lvl 15 anyways. And inspiration isn't available until lvl 17.

There's ZERO difference between level 11 and lvl 15. You can't fucking change anything.

If I want to make a custom grasp page, I can't do anything different from the preset page. What is this madness? Why do you do this riot? The ONLY thing you can change is keystones, I guess that makes somewhat of a difference, but it still feels shitty.

My favorite is that you can change rune pages at level 8, but you can't edit anything about them until level 11. So you're either using worse premade pages for the first 8 levels, or you have a 3 level window where you can opt to use worse premade pages instead of the default for some reason.
