I'm always glad to see a Yasuo in middle lane because that's where I take Vladimir. It's easy to poke him down with Q and hit him with a fully charged E everytime he dashes towards me. The only time I lost my lane to him was when I played too aggressively on accident once before I even hit level 3.

No, I would say Vladimir's early game is terrible. At 3 items I guess the game plan is to avoid his tornado at all costs, back off when he tries to dash and win the sustain game.
shicky971 votesBased on Build statistics, Midlane Yasuos don't tend to get any meaningful tank stats, not even a Frozen Mallet, so I think 3 item Vlad has a decent chance at straight up 100-0ing a 3 item Yasuo, especially if you use your pool to dodge his tornado.

What? No that's not supposed to happen at all! I've played Vladimir 200 times/games and I can tell you with utmost certainty that late game Vladimir is a nightmare(the same goes with Ryze, in case you were wondering). His abilities become spam-able. His items really make him scale, aka passive. His sustain is also extremely potent around this point.
