Why Does Jayce's E do percent max health magic damage?
Did you want to give him the ability to counter tanks or some shit? he is a bruiser he is suppose to be countered by tanks.

Who told you this, and how many rocks were visibly lodged in their skull when they said this?
Let me try to put this as simply as possible. Tanks are killed most efficiently by DPS. Bruisers are the third-highest DPS class, below marksmen and melee carries. Bruisers are also the second-highest personal defense class, only beaten by Tanks.
Bruisers are effectively damage tanks instead of utility tanks.
Never mind the fact that he's half Marksman
Tanks don't necessarily counter bruisers, or vice versa. It depends on the champion.
Jayce and Vi in particularly are decent against tanks. And don't even get me started on Urgot Urgod.
Shouldn't you be whining about someone that can do real % hp damage, like Kog'maw or Malzahar? The % damage on Jayce is on an ability that he has to be in melee range for and he can't spam it.
hes not even a bruiser, more like a combo of melee and ranged carry..
You don't have to be designed to counter tanks to have HP% damage.

Notice how none of them are tank busters?
Jayce E is like the least of his OP problems.
The fact that you just called jayce a bruiser shows you should never be allowed to make a thread about Jayce ever again.
